与以前中国搞的建设节约型社会活动如出一折，追求1%的“faster system”；肯定会被追捧OWI Tunning的责难，类似优化Oracle Performance,应该先找到Resource Profile中占比例最大的一块下手，才能获得最多的收益。

要说明的是美国总统布什在2005年签署了新的协议Energy Policy Act of 2005，修改了Daylight Saving Time Changes的日期，要在2007年3月11日生效，日子快到了，你准备好了没有？
